USED to be such a good place but unfortunately has gone so far down in food quality and customer service. The last 3 times I’ve gone, I’ve had issues with the food and service. Food: I’ve gotten chicken sandwiches multiple times that have been spoiled and had to be thrown away. I’ve wasted a lot of money, expecting them to fix their issues. I went back recently to get the fried cauliflower (hoping it would be better than the chicken) and it was just greasy and soggy. Absolutely disgusting! I went for lunch today and was extremely disappointed with the quantity at which they are claiming to provide guests. I have the picture of my $16 bowl next to the image that was shown for it on their self checkout and website. For $16 (which is truly so overpriced for a cauliflower rice bowl, veggies and an egg) I received half a bowl. When I went up to the counter to ask the lady because I was very confused by the different portion sizes from the picture I had seen she said that that was normally what it looks like portion wise. This place is large and looks pretty good. The service was ok but in comparison to other local coffee places it was lackluster. The coffee is good and it stays open pretty late. I also recognize I only got coffee and Milkbread is known for its food and coffee.

I came in yesterday morning to get a bagel and beignets to go. When I arrived, no one greeted me, or instructed me on where to place the order & wait to pick it up. I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side & when i received it and opened the box, it was quite literally raw. i was unable to open it prior to leaving the restaurant, so i didn’t realize until i had gotten to where i was going, over 15 mins away. i am very dissatisfied and disappointed. it’s disgusting to serve raw dough/food to customers. do better.
