Our waitress was nice but we ordered a Milkshake and she didn't charge it in the bill and never brought it out. We asked her about it halfway into the meal, she apologized and said she would go make it, but she never did even though she came back to our table a few times after. It wasn't even busy, it was near 9 pm and the place was nearly empty. I left without asking again because I didn't want my drink possibly tampered with if she just didn't want to serve it. You're losing money on orders not fulfilled and losing customer satisfaction. The food portions are also smaller than the other Denn

First time at this location and the food was great. Very generous portions. I loved the customer service. Our server greeted us with a smile and very peppy attitude. She seemed to be running the place all by herself; of course there were others there but not only did she serve us, she was our cashier and offered us a discount for our donation to the no hungry kids campaign. Very attentive. Thank you!!
