Our first time at Dutch Bros. We’ve heard it’s great but hadn’t had a chance to try it until today. We went to the Covina CA store. I have to say it’s pretty good. The atmosphere was ok as we’re accustomed to sitting areas so the traffic noise and not so clean outside its why I gave 3 stars. The coffee was good though. I got The Golden Eagle hot, and my wife and iced gingerbread coffee. Both good but a bit overly sweet and not a lot of coffee taste. Located on Citrus Ave between Rowland and Puente Streets, by Popeyes. Drive-thru with two lanes where customers drive up to the window to place their order, rather than using a speaker system. There's also a walk-up window. I stopped here during the morning hours so it was not busy yet. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. Their menu consists of 'Protein and Classic Coffee, Shakes, Smoothies, Chai, Matcha, Lemonade, Energy Drinks, and limited snack options like Granola Bars and Muffin Tops'. I love me some Dutch Bros the Golden Eagle is my absolute favorite. However we went to this new location and they have it pretty well mapped out. The lines are long as always, but they have plenty to streamline. It service was quick and efficient and the staff was nice. We got the new cereal milk latte It was OK but I had more of a chocolate flavor than cereal milk the surface was great and everybody was super sweet Dutch Bros is a little pricey, but a lot of the things are worth it or not then recommend checking out this location.

I am so DISAPPOINTED. Dutch bros back up north has a much friendlier and professional customer service. I drive 20minutes just to get your iced coffee/lattes/ energy drinks because my city does not have a dutch bros. My husband took time out of his break to drive down and get me my usual. Upon ordering he stated DARK chocolate drizzle on both my mocha & his chocolate milk (which are the same drink just one with no caffeine). When he reached the window, they handed him his drink correctly and then my drink with white chocolate drizzle. He stated the order was wrong if they can possibly change i
