"Strati" on Barranca/San Bernardino in Covina....it's hard to understand how you pay $30 for food but don't get it how you order it. I asked for 2 breakfast burritos with Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra Crispy Hash Brown, even told them, I'd would wait. I was in line for 10 mins waiting and they still gave me "Raw" potatoes. There isn't a Crispy part in this potatoes. They were uncooked and hard, we've tried over and over again to give them a chance. Just don't understand why they would give Raw potatoes, is anyone else having this issue with this place....time for us to find another place for

Start off by saying, staff is very friendly! Food was very tasty and generous in portions for the zucchini & fries! I was very pleased when I asked for lettuce wrap and they accommodated my request! Prices are perfect. Everything was packed nicely in a box at the drive thru!

Let me tell you what I saw. They forgot the lettuce on my Chicken Sandwich, no big deal. They were more than happy to give me the lettuce. However, the cook was opening a box full of supplies when this happened, so you know what he did. He put the box down.He grabbed the lettuce bare handed without washing his hands after handling the box and put it in my sandwich. Will not be coming back ever again if they can't practice basic sanitation , just think of what else they do without washing their hands. Staff is nice.
