We were actually heading somewhere else nearby, and did not feel welcomed because we requested outdoor seating to accommodate traveling with our dog. The hostess at Smoke Justis happily seated outside (we were the only ones seated outdoors at the time). We had a great experience from start to finish. OMG I can’t say enough good things amazing place!!! First of all our server Kylie is the best thing that ever happened to this place!! She was so attentive!! Outside of our AMAZING service, the food was DELICIOUS and I can’t stress that ENOUGH!! The drinks were FANTASTIC as well!!! We had the three meat combo and the beans were a SUPERSTAR of a side dish!! Everything was tasty!!! I wish I lived here so I could come ALL THE TIME!!!

My server was sweet and attentive but never felt like they were hovering or rushing. Perfect cadence. I ended up getting an order of wings and a side of baked beans. The baked beans had some of the smoked brisket in them and were phenomenal. The serving of wings is pretty big for $16. Overall I would come back here and it was a nice place to replenish after walking over from Cincinnati. They also have gluten free friendly options (intolerance, not Celiac protocol)

Solid choice for BBQ. I got the three-meat plate with ribs, hot link, and brisket, along with mac and cheese, baked beans, and cornbread for sides. I wouldn’t say it’s the top BBQ I’ve had—I—but I also didn’t have any major complaints about anything I got. I’ll likely come here again if I’m in the area and looking for solid BBQ.
