The delivery driver called me for help accessing the delivery location, and she was so kind and patient and friendly. My mom even said the same about her after interacting with her. And the quality of the fruit and chocolate was 10/10 - my mom was THRILLED!

I needed to Mae a change to the message on the card after the order was placed. Using the feature in the order conformation I was able to contact the shop and they made the change. Also, when making the delivery, there was continual communication as to the progress, which a photo proof of delivery. Exceptional service.
