Pickup service was BAD. Came in to pick up my mobile order and stood there at the pickup station for a solid five plus minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence or came to help me. During this time I saw one female worker obsessively fanning herself with a paper fan and talking/joking around with the cooks who were actually working. Another female worker ignored me and went to help someone in line place a new order. All the while I see my own order just sitting behind the counter getting cold. Multiple workers made eye contact with me and saw me standing at the pickup station. Nobod

We visited this location yesterday for take out. We were greeted by an amazing employee. We selected our food & waited a little for one of the selections to be made. We were offered a complimentary beverage while we waited. When we got home we realized that we didn’t receive our 6 Crab Rangoons. The sauce was in the bag. We paid for them. I gave 5 stars for the food and service but the place was so dirty. Trash all over the floors. Tables not wiped down. Garbage can at beverage station was overflowing. We will definitely be back cause the food was so good and portions were amazing.

Just spent my entire 1hr lunch break stuck sitting in the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me and still couldn’t get any food because I ran out of time to eat. The whole point of a drive-thru is convenience and speed, and this had neither. They really need to do better.

The staff was so friendly and awesome!! I placed a large order (party trays) and they prepared it excellently. The restaurant ran out of lids so the staff got new boxes at the dollar tree- above and beyond!! Now just bring back the beyond orange chicken so us vegans can get an entree with our yummy sides!
