Like others, I was excited about this location as I frequented the other location before it burnt down. I placed a pickup order inside at the counter, and then when the time came, as with ANY other Applebees I waited inside. They then very rudely directed me to go OUTSIDE on a ramp to wait in a very crowded area in the kitchen for my order where staff go in and out and I’m constantly moving. This seems like a very inefficient idea, and the staff shouldn’t assume that in a brand new location that the customer should know to go somewhere different as compared to literally any other location (and
