Getting a refund here was harder than ordering the drink in the first place. I was told to come back for a refund, then when I returned, the employee acted like I should somehow know the schedule of the worker who originally approved it. She told me I needed to come back when that employee was working. I don’t need to study the employee schedule just to get my 4$ drink that you guys owed me. Then she told me to come back AGAIN tomorrow and ask the manager. All of this over a $4 drink that I had proof I was owed a refund for. The attitude was completely unnecessary too. Just let the store with the worst experience ever I was in there waiting for a meal deal for a while as wait, a person who ordered the same meal was served I approached the counter to ask what was happening the so called manager said “ you have to wait for a while cause we have to serve the line first”. I said why serving the customer after me, she answered this is what it is. I end up left $ order and walked out I think those DD workers need a simple training of how to serve and talk to customers and not to favor friends over customers

They’re not closed they just reopened and I sat in a 20 minute line only to get to the speaker and watch 5 staff members run out side and all vape and smoke there’s 1 kid running and working inside ? No one took my order . For 10 minutes I sat at the speaker with no cars in front of me and no one took my order while 5 staff members all older sat outside and were on break , absolutely pathetic . I was just trying to buy my usual coffee, and the app and Google said it closed at 11, but it actually closed at 6 today. Since there were only 10 minutes left until closing, I rushed there, only to find they didn't have any latte. They made it with regular coffee, and I literally wasted my money because it tasted awful. I had to throw it away, and they didn't even apologize or offer to make it properly another day.
