I paid $8 for garbage and Tropical smoothie has done nothing yet to correct this. I went in and it looked like a bunch of 17 year olds were working, there seemed to be no Managament and everything was disorganized. I waiting in line for about 10 mins and after I ordered they served everyone before me. That was after waiting 15mins for my drink. I had to ask someone when will my drink be ready next, he made it immediately after that and then he gave me a smoothie that looked like this! I will never come back to this location again. I go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe a few times a week and while I have a few favorites, I am usually quite pleased when I stray from my regular items and try something new. I actually stopped going a few years back because I found that the staff was very inconsistent in how they made the smoothies. Over the past year or so that has changed and no matter who prepares my smoothie, it’s made well. Special shoutout to Dwayne who is not only helpful and professional but a ray of sunlight in the morning!
