I ordered multiple items via drive through with mobile order. The signature latte with whipped cream I ordered didn’t even come with whipped cream. I was on a hurry to get home and when I got home, I realized that they did not give me the right order. This is disappointing! I paid almost $5 for a small cup of hot chocolate. The owner of this branch must review their employees’ performance and how they fulfill orders. They are going to lose customers if they keep going like this.

I came in to use some rewards from the Dunkin app. I got two wake up wraps intending to use rewards and get one for free. But when I tried to scan it the employees told me it didn’t work. When I asked why and told them they could use my phone to see if it’s some issue on my side. They told me in a rather unkind tone to just pay. They said that the “Free Bites and Bagels” reward didn’t apply to the wake up wraps. Even though it says it in the fine print and it shows a wake up wrap on the picture. When I explained this to him he was very rude and kept repeating my total and telling me to pay. I

doesnt know how to make a latte. it was very dark, warm and bitter. i even added extra sweetener and it was still extremely bitter. DO NOT COME HERE🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

No, no, no. I went in on a Saturday, super early and placed a large order for a group. They gave us DAYS OLD STALE donuts. Also, forgot some of my order. When I tried to call the number it wasn’t in service. I returned two days later and the manager actually said to me “NEXT TIME you need to come back the same day”. No sir, next time you should complete my order, and connect your phone line. Which he said was “dead”. Sir, I’m a customer, giving you money, and you can’t get an order accurate, and then blame me. Is this the Dunkin policy? Absolutely will NOT use this store again.
