I got a medium iced matcha from this location and It’s so annoying getting any drinks and it being half way filled ….. the whole top half is all foam from the drink. I’m not paying $6 for a portion of the drink , I want my drink filled to the top if i’m paying for it . Would not recommend!

What happened to this Dunkin? Used to be the best, however over the past 6 months quality and service have vanished. The past few times I've ordered hot coffee and received iced coffee. This time I just took it as for it not to go to waste. It does not even taste like coffee. It tastes like water with french vanilla flavor and a bonus of black stuff in the bottom of the cup. I also ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese. I asked twice to verify they heard extra cream cheese.....NOPE Didn't matter anyway, as the bagel was so hard and stale I could not even bite into it. This is hands down our favorite Dunkin. The entire crew is amazing, but Ace takes the cake. She was so patient with our young nephew, and gave a great experience overall. 10/10 service.
