I’ve been coming here for a couple of years already! And I always pick a bagel with cream cheese! Theirs time my bagel is super hard and stale , I never take it back ! Today I went in and spent 25 dollars with my mom and my bagel was so hard I went to the lady and their was 3 of them, all three told me no we can’t you already bit it this and that! All three against me! Didn’t even give me an exchange or a refund! Honestly never going back to this place !
