Rude drive thru crew that don't even know what's on their own menu. The drink portions are inconsistent, meaning you don't get what you pay for. It's just clear no one here cares about their jobs.

I have been a regular of this location for the last six years. In the last year, I am so disgusted and disappointed with how downhill this location has gone. The new manager is extremely rude. Does not say hello or good morning and has his back turned when there are people in line at the register whoever decided to hire this new manager needs to get their head checked. I will say the only positive part of this store is seeing Hannah, Susan and Brittanie every day.

Some of the rudest employees you'll ever meet who truly hate their jobs. Tried to by a chocolate milk at the counter after pre-ordering food and was ignored for more than a few minutes and when I said something i was told they're too busy to notice me standing at the register. As I left the store he proceeded to cuss to the other employees about me saying "did you hear that shit"as there are at least 6 people in there not one said hello, be with you in a minute, nothing.
