The first sip of the beef noodle soup impressed me with its very authentic Sichuan style taste, easily made it the best for me in the category in the San Francisco bay area. The same went to its DanDan noodle, very tasty. I will definitely go back to try more. And even better that its next door is Matcha Town, the best matcha shop in the bay area IMHO. After the spicy tasty noodles, grab a matcha float, nothing can be the better ending.

I spend 10 years living in Bay Area, never found another restaurant as authentic as this place. I like the texture of their “hand-pull” noodles, and my friend ordered “hand-cut” noodle. Both were excellent and spicy level was quite strong, you can definitely tell these were made by chef from ChongQing. Service was fast and it was a bit loud during rush hour (same to other popular Asian restaurants).

If you are looking for a good bowl of spicy beef noodle soup along with some dumplings, this restaurant in Cupertino would be a good choice. Flavorful soup, tender beef, QQ textured noodles, and good noodle-to-soup ratio. Not much more you can ask for in a bowl of noodle soup. Small interior that’s ideal for solo diners. Fast and efficient service. Large free parking lot.

this place is amazing the chongqing pork intestine soup noodles are fantastic spicy is just enough spicy not too much not too little, delicious cilantro and flavor pugai noodles are a delicious flat thin yummy bouncy noodle i got the pickled vegetable on the side for $3 and wasn’t really worth, small portion and not really what i expected or the sauerkraut i’m used to. but otherwise this place was great
