Kai Ng★★★★It's nice modern clean large restaurant serving up bowls of noodles. Soup and dry/stir fried. They have a few other side dishes and fried rice as well. I have eaten at several fresh noodle places. Thus one is just 4 out of 5 stars We did not try the noodle soup We had Braised beef tendon appetizer. It was a small plate. The sauce was ok heavy on sesame oil and slightly sweet. But I felt the spices were ok 4/5 stars The dry flank beef noodle was also only 4/5 stars the fresh handmade wide noodles made dish delish the sauce is similar to tendon appetizer Beef chow mein the fresh wide noodles
Wilson Tsang★★★★TLDR: food was pretty good but the portions are a bit small for the price The pork chop was $9 and it was supposed to be deep fried but it wasn’t really fried that crispy. It came out pretty juicy though. The beef noodle for $19 is a bit much. Yes the bowl is big but there is not as much noodle and meat as you would hope for such a big bowl though the meat was very tender and fell apart.
Stan L★★★★★I love this place. I always visit whenever I come up to the Bay Area for business trips. The cold tofu with century egg appetizer, XLB and pork chop was flavorful and delicious. Of course, the highlights are the noodles. Both the tomato soup and braised beef with tendons satisfied my belly and soul. Service is also awesome. I’ll continue to make my visits here whenever I’m in the area, hoping one day to try everything on the menu.
Carolyn Feng★★★★We ordered the beef fried rice for the table and that was so good! Great flavor, great chew to the rice. Wasn’t dry and wasn’t mushy. I had C2 (beef shank, tendon, and tripe with handmade noodle soup). The shank was flavorful and tender. Tripe was thinly sliced which made it easier to eat since tendon tends to be a lot chewier. Tendon was soft all the way through. The handmade noodles were thick and chewy. It looks like less noodles than the thin and flat, but that’s just because they’re a lot bigger and thicker. Broth was flavorful, not too spicy. It came with a couple long leaves of Bok Choy
