Girl behind the register had an attitude and was rude. I got two meal deals and the hash browns were burnt and rock hard and the bagel was too. She couldn’t do her job either. I ordered a peppermint mocha ice coffee and she said they couldn’t do that flavor. I asked what flavors and she mentioned peppermint mocha. I ordered it with extra cream and sugar and it still wasn’t sweet enough. I don’t recommend this place

I went through the drive-through and didn't get my food order they just gave me a bag looked right so I headed to work come to find out they didn't add the ingredients of the my sandwich just the bagel and they didn't even put the cream cheese on the bagel! What part of coming through the drive through screams I can spread the cream cheese myself! Not the first time at this location either, sad! What makes it worse is when I try to call the store to make it right there is never anyone that answers!!! Thanks for the incredibly disappointing morning dunkin

I order donuts with my order all the time when I come at 2 am before I head into work, today I was told “we don’t sell them after 10” and I used my rewards for a free donut and the lady working says I’m very sorry about that. I feel like I just got scammed from a lazy worker. I got donut last Thursday….

I placed an order online for dozen of donuts and it didn’t had any donuts I chose. It’s all random donuts which I never picked. I walked in and told them I have a mobile order she looked and she’s like I don’t have your order. It must have not been placed. But they took the money out of my card anyways I was getting late so I said okey I’ll just buy it. Then I checked my phone and looked it took money out of my card and I showed her again then she gave me my refund and looked again and found it but messed up my order so bad.
