“Great service, food, atmosphere and value!”

I’m really disappointed. The service is fine and the food is good for what they offer but that’s where the problem comes in. Half of the food that I looked forward to getting they for some reason don’t have anymore. Corn on the cob, baked beans, and green beans are no longer available and that really sucks. That goes for all the KFC’s around Cypress Texas.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. Yuridia, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. I was charged, by Yuridia, for sauces that should have come with my order. When I asked for them, I was told, by Yuridia, that each 8-count meal only comes with one sauce. When I asked to buy more, she rudely said they would be $0.50 each—which I paid. Later, when I had a chance to look at my receipt, I saw that each meal clearly includes two sauces—not one. So not only was I misinformed, but I was also overcharged. This KFC seems to be better managed and run than most. It seems like whoever owns it really cares about the restaurant. It was my first time to visit this location. Everything was top notch. The staff were friendly and caring. The food was served quickly and was also hot and fresh. The decor here was very cool as well.

Today I went through the KFC drive-thru. While the person who was driving was ordering, I asked my daughter if she wanted anything. She said no. However, by the time we reached the drive-thru window, she suddenly decided she wanted food. I calmly explained to my daughter that when we ask her if she wants something, she needs to speak up at that moment instead of waiting until we get to the window.
