Great experience at North Harbor Bistro. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which set the tone right away. The food was excellent. The Mongolian beef was flavorful and well balanced, not overloaded with cornstarch like you get at a lot of places. The egg rolls were crisp and fresh, not greasy. Everything tasted well prepared and intentional. I will definitely be back.

If you’re ever in the Cypress area, you definitely need to check them out. They’re conveniently located right off Fry Road next to Black Horse Ranch South. Highly recommend!

We really enjoy the food here. We get the lunch portion that comes with soup and egg rolls or crab puff. We are not a fan of the egg rolls they are more like spring rolls. The wonton soup is good any they use the clear broth unlike others that use the brown broth. Husband got hot and sour soup and enjoyed it. They deliver if you live close so that is nice as well. Would recommend.

Ordered off lunch menu. Prices very good around 8.95 soup, entree and egg roll. Great service, nice people and best extremely clean. Hunan beef very flavorful, shrimp fried rice was good. Hot and sour soup hit the spot.
