Had to wait over 30 minutes for an order of nachos and two tacos. Made an order in the drive-through but having waited 20 minutes I had to go inside to pick up the order. Although staff member made excuses being shortstaffed, we were very disappointed to spend $29 on fast food, which was not fast we will not return again.

I'm sorry for people who work here who are not part of the problem, but this place SUCKS. Consistently the worst drive thru experience I've had. I went there three times over the course of six months and the fastest I've ever gotten thru the full order-to-food experience is about 35 minutes. I went there this week and sat at the order screen for 15 minutes where I asked three times "are you ready yet" and each time the girl instantly responded "just give us a minute." I had to leave. Who has time for that? If it's that bad just shut down the drive thru and do the best you can in the stor

Looking for a quick bite? This isnt the place. This place took a really long time to get our food (beef fajita nachos and a some kind of burrito). The food is what you'd expect from Taco Cabana. Not great, but still for some reason...hits the spot. May e because I used to eat here as a child. My Wife and I stopped to eat here one evening. And they had about 6 or 7 people in the back but some were just standing around. We have never been here before so I wanted to give it a try. The pictures online from their site definitely make the food look much better than it actually is when you receive it. We had several issues with our pickup order. I paid for extra sour cream on several items and it was not on there. I paid for avocado on my salad bowl and it was not on there. I did call up there and the employee I talked to was very nice and professional and said that you replace it on my next visit, but that's not necessarily where the problems ended. Several of the beef tacos my kids wouldn't even touch because th
