No communication and the customer care desk is in a really horrible place, lady at the front should have let me know that there was a sign saying where to line up, I lined up behind someone else who was also in the wrong line, she took the person in front of me, and then proceeded to take the man who lined up on the correct side. When the man told me there was a sign down there, and was speaking to me, the woman at the front said "well anyway" and then was rude the entire time. Friendly bakery! I placed a custom cupcake order with this bakery and am very happy with the customer service! This store has implemented digital price tags alongside the longstanding bluetooth tracking inside of their stores. While it's not in effect yet, Kroger is simply a software update away from dynamic pricing, where stores use data about you to change prices in the store. Always buy Cheerios? Walk in the door and it's 25c more. This will happen, and it will affect everyone. I recommend reaching out to your elected representatives to stop this before it begins.
