The pho was great, I enjoyed the slight sweetness from the rock sugar, with the balance of the fish sauce, it really came together well. Loads of meat in the House Special Combination Pho, I wasn't able to finish it, but it was delicious late too. My only gripe with this place was the customer service, I have my order to the guy who seated me, as I already knew what i wanted, and was in a rush. While the food is always good, cleanliness is not. The napkin holder, salt and pepper shakers and sauce containers are all disgustingly dirty. When I finally got to speak to someone who understood English and voiced my concerns I was being ignored. I shall try to eat there one more time and if it's not clean then I shall never go back again.

I ordered a bowl of noodles with seafood. I reminded the server three times not to put crab sticks (imitation crab) but when my bowl was brought out, crab sticks were in the bowl. That’s a minus point for customer service. Other than that, the gentleman greeted every single customer when they entered the restaurant.
