As far as diners go, this was great. Food was pretty good. Some things missed a little seasoning but overall we enjoyed our plates. The service was great. Always right on time. Love love loved the atmosphere. Just felt right. Not pretentious or gaudy. Was exactly what it needed to be. I try to avoid dallas like the plague but if I ever find myself near I would return.

Lucky’s cafe is your typical millennial cafe. Checkered floors with a curved window wrapped on the outside of the building brings a retro 60’s diner vibe to it. I’ve been to this location two times in six months (I am from Fort Worth so I visit only when I have to come to Dallas). The prices are comparable to IHOP or Denny’s. Quality of food is decent no complaints. All day breakfast for a place like this is expected there is also a dinner menu. Overall a 5 star rating, one star deducted for the portion sizes of the food. I like to eat a lot and it just never seems like enough for me personall

All around good place. First off, the service is always above par. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave they take care of you. The atmosphere is perfect di we style. It makes you feel warm and nostalgic when you take your seat. Finally, there is the food. Breakfast or lunch the food is amazing and the options are huge. I love that they use locally sourced ingredients. Definitely on my list of regular places to eat now.

DELICIOUS FOODS. Chicken inside my enchilada was diced like I was expecting real chicken but was still very good. Pancakes..to die for. Pineapple mimosa. Perfect!!!
