Came here for the $2 taco Wednesday. Ordered one of each to try it out. My favorite was the Mexican fried chicken but beware it is spicy if you can’t handle spicy! The fish and barbocoa was good. If you are feeling adventurous try the pulpo. The bartenders gave great service. I am aware that the past reviews have not said so but mind that I came here at 6:30pm so the experience was different.

Love Skellig, but for the World Cup I’m noticing they are not playing most matches with the games audio on the speakers. A lot of us come in looking for those special 90 minutes to be fully immersed in the game while getting some good drinks in. For example, the recent Argentina match was shown on their big screen, but all audio was just radio music. Just beware if you’re going for the full atmosphere! Apart from that, great place to hang out.

Bar is nice inside and atmosphere is good. The surrounding area is nice. HOWEVER: Bouncers kept egging on some drunk guy who they presumably kicked out. This would be fine if it hadn’t lasted 20 minutes and kept us from entering and leaving the bar. Bouncers should know how to de-escalate and MOVE ON. Then the bartender was incredibly rude and sarcastic to us for no apparent reason at all. At first we assumed she had been dealing with some poor customers, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. I would not recommend this bar.

Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. I had just arrived from Miami looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere, but instead I was asked to leave without any clear explanation. To make matters worse, the boys’ bathroom was consistently dirty and smelled strongly of urine which only added to the overall negative impression.
