Great service, great food, and pretty good atmosphere.... To start off. Our waiter Carlos was awesome. He constantly checked on us. The manager Michelle went out of her way to accommodate us and give us tips and pointers on other places as well. They made sure that everything was above and beyond... The food still would've been good but they made the night that much better. Thank you guys for such a great experience.

Uno Mas was a fantastic choice for a bite to eat! It was very busy with the World Cup crowd, but we managed to get seats at the bar and caught the game as well. We started with two skinny margaritas, which were really nice and refreshing. We shared the guacamole and salsa — both delicious — along with fresh corn chips. For mains we shared the pork tacos and the puff beef tacos. The pork tacos were excellent and our clear favourite, while the puff beef ones were a bit too oily. 🚨 Two hours of waiting for Tex-Mex? That’s where the problems began… 🌮⏳ Uno Mas Tex Mex in Dallas started off well: warm tortilla chips, drinks, and a friendly welcome. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. We waited nearly two hours for our food, and it only arrived after speaking with a manager. The steak fajitas were decent, but the chicken fajitas were dry, the shrimp fajitas were overcooked, and the tacos arrived cold. To top it off, the bill included items we never ordered. I had an excellent experience thanks to our server! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out correctly, and they checked on us just the right amount. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service made our visit even more enjoyable.
