Never seem to pack a DoorDash order well. Leaving out most items that are ordered. Do better Checkers. Most people want every single item that they ordered. :(

I drove by around 1:40 pm and ordered a double and a single bacon cheeseburger plus an order of fries with no salt. When my order was delivered there was no fries. When I asked for my fries the cashier said: you said you only wanted the sandwiches. So I went home with no fries. Not only that, but also my burgers had no bacon which I think I paid for. And I say I think I paid for because I wasn't provided with a receipt for my order, therefore, I don't know what I was charged for. I wanted to give the manager the opportunity to listen to my concerns instead of writing this review but the phone

We made an order online for our office and when picking it up I gave the incorrect name which they said they didn’t have the order. I asked if I could show them the order confirmation and where it showed it was being prepared they said no I had to wait since I was on my lunch break I asked to speak to the manager. Which she repeated if they don’t have the order on the screen they can’t make it which I offered again to show her the order and said they couldn’t that they only had an order for (customer name) I said oh yes that’s me I guess they made it out in my name when the manager let the coo
