Went march 11th around 10:50. I typically get the grilled chicken cool wrap almost everytime I go to chick fil a whether it be this location or others. Not many issues in the past except I feel as though overall it’s a part of shrink flation. But specifically this time it seems my wrap is primarily filled with lettuce. Most of the time it has plenty of the protein aspect, so essentially plenty of chicken. The wrap just looks sad this time with it being barely filled and primarily of lettuce not even much cheese either. It’s odd to me anyway with the fact that it’s one of the most expensive lun

The line was backed up, and it really seemed slow. Usually Chick-fil-A has a system where it runs smoothly, but we had three girls coming and going, and they didn't get our order correct. I didn't go back through the line because I had my 87 year old dad in the car, and he cannot sit that long. I don’t know who the lady was, or what her name was but she was working this morning and was the one who handed me my food. I believe she was Ukrainian. That lady is beyond sweet, I talked to her for 3 maybe 5 seconds and she made my day so much brighter
