Nothing wrong with the product, absolutely great. But it's sad when great businesses don't hire good people. Service was really bad, and very slow. Girl with dark hair was very rude taking orders and all employees just disappeared, no one making drinks or orders around 2:00 pm. The girl who took orders yelling at her co-workers “the second it hits 2pm I'm out, I'm leaving” leaving my coffee half made😂 poor guy was the only one who was making drinks and and who had great service. Just sad when people don't have decent communication or attitudes.

I am so happy. There’s a buzz over here! We don’t have to drive to La Jolla anymore just to get a better buzz. I have to say their Customer Service today was amazing when I first walked in. They already greeted me and they greeted multiple people after me so it’s probably a Customer Service training or they’re just kind! Also to note Remy was a great help today. We are traveling and I had to fill up water bottles.

We are BB fanatics. I’m so disappointed at the staff and customer service. It seemed like the staff had tension between each other. This was my first experience at this location to have my drink order made wrong and lack of customer service or should I say employees in the store. After placing my order, I had to wait for a long time bc no one was at the front making drinks! And after another customer complained that her drink was not being made and taking too long, they poured a premade coffee and handed it to her. I ordered the coconut macadamia nut matcha and got a coconut coffee! Very disap
