Great restaurant, very clean and organized. The only reason I give the food 4 stars is because of the portion. The food is very tasty but the portions are microscopic. I ordered a half chicken but the portion was very small. Most of the chicken was bone and skin. Not a lot of meat. With the same price you can get more food else where.

03-22-26 7pm Came in to order stood in line for 15 min with only one customer in front of me while the manager and the cashier played around with a coupon that they could get to work No one even acknowledged that they were holding up the line for almost 20 min I just left and went to chipotle across the street Manager was there which made it very frustrating How are you even the manager? This particular location of El Pollo Loco is so on the ball it is unreal. Every single time I walk in there or anyone walks in there for that matter they always greet you and always say hello and it's not just one person that does it it's several. Their food is always on point perfectly cooked and packaged very well and neat. They take time to ensure that you're very happy before you leave especially when you're doing take out. For example tonight when I got my three piece meal, I ordered all chicken breast and they felt that one of the chicken breast was not as big as it should have been so t
