I got the croissantWich, a french onion soup, and a coffee. In my opinion, the french onion soup tasted similar to a can of campbells onion soup. For that i give 3 stars, but because the coffee is decent and the staff people were good I’m putting 4 stars overall. Perhaps my expectations were high because I recently was in France?? Overall it’s a nice spot, but the prices and the food are quite better in france. Sandwich was okay.

I’m a huge fan of moulin cafes in general, but all and all this one is my least favorite. The place is smaller, and their service can be a lot better. For example why is it ok to serve an ice cold chocolate croissant with no option offered to warm it up? Despite that, we love to visit here for a quick lunch but hoping this review can help improve their service. All time favorite: French onion soup

I feel that Moulin in Laguna Beach is a bit better than this location, but I still had a good experience here. One thing that has always disappointed me about Moulin is the size of their lattes—they're just too small. I wish they offered larger latte options on the menu. Other than that, everything was good, and I would probably come back more often if they served bigger lattes.
