Food was absolutely disgusting!!! Order arrived full of grease on the bottom of the pizza box. With all the toppings I had added on my pizza, my pizza tasted just like watered down bread. There was no flavor whatsoever. I spent $50 for my order and I’m highly disappointed. I will never order from here again!

If I could have gave them a zero I would have. My husband and I always order jets pizza. Today we went to order a pizza and had a promotion code to take a few dollars off the pizza when we looked, it still charged us the regular price my husband called to explain that we ordered a pizza with a promo code and the code didn't give us the specialty price. The young black male told my husband, I don't know what you're talking about because I don't order pizza on line. My husband tried to explain once again what was going on but once again he said the same thing and said "What do you want me to do,

Food was hot and right on time. Very impress and very nice customer service. First time at this location. This is the only jets open later in my area. Thank you !! Got the $30 meal deal through website. Found out jets has a reward system now! How cool!

They absolutely screwed us for the superbowl. I called the day prior and asked them to have my food ready for 630. I called the day of to confirm a they did. I went at 620 and waited for 30 minutes in line. When we got to the front the cashier told us there’s 30 tickets in front of ours and they didn’t even start making our food yet. Absolutely unacceptable.
