I visited this location today at approximately 2:30-3pm. Service was a bit unprofessional. I could hear loud conversations in the back using profanity and being very loud. It appeared they were short staffed because it took them a while to come to the register. I paid for my food, it was $20.06. The cashier gave me .90 and explained he did not have any pennies. This Starbucks is the worst in the area, I only come here when I’m visiting my parents and get hungry on the drive. The staff is incredibly rude and will ignore you. They’ll pretend you’re not standing in front of the register before even acknowledging you. They’ll even lock eye contact with you, and if you try to ask a question, you’ll be met with an attitude. I can’t tell who the manager is because everyone acts like a fool. My parents used to take me here in 2021, and it was always a lackluster store.
