We got brisket and pulled pork. It was delicious! The bbq sauce was good too. We tried 4 sides. Mustard potato salad was good. Coleslaw was refreshing. I don’t normally like baked beans but these were surprisingly good and had some meat in it. The Mac and cheese wasn’t good. Kind of through the whole dish off. Tasted like cheese wiz mixed with milk. The atmosphere felt off and muted. For the two plates displayed in our photo it was $43. That’s with no drinks.

Half of my brisket was burned and the other half was fat as you can see in the photo (please zoom in). The green beans had an odd chemical taste to them. They were not really cooked either as they had that crunchy squeaky feel to them. Some were darker and some light so they may have added more into pot and they just weren’t cooked yet. The okra was very good. It is also overpriced.

First time trying this BBQ restaurant here in La Porte/ Deer Park. Service was nice and friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food was good. I ordered a baked potato and didn't understand the pricing. The potatoe was a good portion and loaded meat. But the meat is an additional $7.50 on top of the $7 for the base potatoe. I also ordered spicy sausage. I didn't taste the spice but it was still good sausage. I ordered 1/4 of brisket and 1/4 of turkey to try a long with the potatoe. The brisket wasn't melt in your mouth brisket but it was not dry either. I felt the same about the turk

Came here on my lunch break for work and it was a 10/10. Orders ribs along with smoked chicken wings both were delicious, with a crunchy smoked outer layer with a juicy soft center. Flavor was good as well seasoned to perfection. We also order banana pudding and holy moly so yummy! Look forward to coming back
