Service was great and restaurant was nice. As much as I like Arby's, the cheese steaks were awful. There was so much liquid cheese that nothing would stay on the bread and the bread was completely soaked. I would have taken pictures but there weren't enough napkins to clean my hands well enough to touch my phone. At $34.00 for two sandwiches, I expected better. What a ridiculous mess.

Visit 01/31/26 @ 9:30pm: My husband & I visited last night and had a decent experience, however, we came tonight again and had a fantastic experience! The man taking our order must have been a manager because the service was outstanding & he was beyond kind to us. He was friendly & the food ordered was made promptly & even organized in its box so perfectly. The food still felt fresh when we got home. Give the man a raise!

This place is terrible and the Employees couldn't care less about your food or how much you pay for it. Cold fries and not filled up all the way after they made us pull forward and wait. Cold Chicken, Wrong Drinks, no marinara for our mozzarella sticks, lady didnt give us straws for our drink or put them in the bag, we had to ask. Forgot my fries originally we had to ask for them to go get them and they bring out cold garbage. It wasn't even busy. There was only 1 freaking car other than us and an empty lobby. Prices go up and service gets worse. Never coming back to this dump ever again. Do y
