This location has a far better customer service experience than the location on 39th Ave and Happy Valley Rd. We were immediately greeted by the manager and she assured that she will be right with us. Our order was taken by a smiling face and although she was a fairly new employee, she ensured that our order was correct. Our food was delivered hot and fresh and made to order. My son got the Sponge Bob Whopper meal and we were very pleased with our experience at this location.

I really appreciate that they take their time to cook the patty properly and always let me know how long it’ll take. I’ve grown to trust them with my orders, especially through the drive-thru. Had such a great experience at Burger King off the 101 & 35th Ave! JP was absolutely amazing, super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He even suggested different ways to order so we could get the most for our money, which you just don’t see very often anymore.
