Great location but busy so it feels very rushed in the drive through. My truck made the view of the menu impossible from the passenger side when pulled up to the speaker. Exactly the flavors I look for that only Dunkin can do. Service was fast and friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. How they could employ a manager like they have is beyond me. I have an upset 8 year old who didn’t get his food because I don’t work at Dunkin and am new to Dunkin and didn’t know how to “order a hot drink”. I went for the first time yesterday to try the banana latte. It’s not hot on the menu but when I asked for it the employee knew exactly what I meant and rang it up as such (yes I’m aware cold foam will cool hot drinks down but Dutch and Starbucks never have an issue giving cold foam to me). I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and I got a moldy bagel. Honestly disappointing and disgusting. I don’t know how you can poison someone like that. I wish I can give a 0 star review. I want my refund.

Ordered 2 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of Christmas donut holes on Saturday, for a Sunday afternoon gathering. $45 worth. When my grandson arrived to pick up the order at the scheduled time, he was advised that they did not have anything that we had ordered and that he would have to chose from what was left. The employee had an attitude and did not give him the option of a refund. So we received $45 worth of stale, gross donuts which I did not serve my guests.
