I walked up told the kid...this...and the lady that prepped the pizza came by never once got a sorry from either...she said u want me to make u another...I said just put it back in...kid came back 5 mins later said should be done boss man...no sorry nothing...pizza was still uncooked... They wouldn't refund...!!!???!!!

They were a bit busy when I walked in and the customer in front of me was rudely having a video chat while trying to order. Total pet peeve!! The staff was patient with her and several times apologized to me for the wait and that they would be right with me. The younger gal helping me seemed new (as she kept asking someone behind her questions) but she was doing a great job and was very sweet while helping me. I ordered an
