Still great !!! I'm at my mechanics & walked from Avants to the DD on Hillsborough in Deerfield Beach. This is the Dunkin I go to when I get my oil changed at Avant's. Large, clean DD on Hillsborough. Excellent customer service. Terrific iced coffee! 1st Review Enjoyed an iced coffee while getting an oil change at Avante's Auto. Horrible experience today. The employee who took my order and gave me my food at the drive-thru had horrible attitude. For some reason, she chose to be rude and mean because they had a lot going on during the morning rush. I understand that, but there’s no need to take it out on loyal customers. All I asked was to please scan my discount tickets and she flat out refused to do so. When I asked her to explain, she just kept saying “because we can’t” so when I asked her to please take my order correctly (scan the 2 tickets) she said no. She just did not want to help me. This place is literally a hit or miss! Some days they will get your order right and other days they completely miss the mark. They don’t have enough employees working which results in early store closing. I don’t have faith in the drive thru anymore so I just walk in! DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER!!! You will regret it!!!!
