This was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered five burgers and only received four. When I went back about an hour later, things somehow got even worse. The employee grabbed the burger they had forgotten to give me earlier—the one with my number on it—which had been sitting in the warmer the entire time, and tried to hand it to me. When I pointed out it had been sitting there for an hour, she just said it was “fine” because it was in the warmer. That’s completely unacceptable. Honestly, this is the best Burger King Whopper I've had in a long time. They got the extras right that I ordered and it was thick and juicy, hot and well made. I've been to others lately that have gotten really smaller or sloppy and it was such a delight to have this meal. Thank you and your friendly staff!

They gived me a cold taco once then another time they forgot my son's burger in his kids meal.. they didn't even apologize or say anything when I told them they just went for one and gived it to my son 🤦🏻‍♀️ Other experiences have been good
