Andrew Woolery★Terrible service, they never checked for online orders and then complained behind my back loud enough to hear them. Took 30 minutes on my order when the store was empty. Terrible employees on 5/19 at 5pm in case any manager cares about the establishment. This was genuinely embarrassing. Any other store would have at least done something about the tardiness or not made snarky remarks. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to, DO NOT COME HERE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOU!

Jesus Cabrera★I will always remember how this specific store location denied me my Birthday free drink even after having it made already. I’m sure the worker just threw it away too or just drank it herself. After that, I find myself going to Dutch bros a lot more often now and they’ve never treated me that way. Dutch bros was happy to give me my bday drink especially after telling them the story. Thanks for the revelation Starbucks
