When I came here with a friend 6ish months ago, the experience was great. The menu offered several classic dishes, a good amount of vegetarian dishes, and a few more upscale offerings. They also had a delicious bean dip that came out with the chips and salsa, and their cocktails were great. When we came again recently, the entire menu had changed, including the drink menu. The menu itself was distressed to the point that it was difficult to read, the bean dip was gone, and the offerings had been condensed to the regular Tex-Mex dishes you can find anywhere else. This place is absolutely a gem of a restaurant in down town Denton. The menu is riddled with unique items not found on most tex mex menus. The short rib enchiladas with red sauce are phenomenal. Their classic margarita with sugar on the rim was a perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable meal. We will definitely be back.

Went for dinner on a Saturday, was greeted & seated promptly, the decor inside was pretty and our waitress let us know we made it before happy hour was over so I tried a few of the cocktails they had in the menu and was very surprised in how they were all delicious. This restaurant on the corner of the square in Denton offers a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and good food. We had not been here before but were in the area and decided to drop in. It was midafternoon, but the lunch menu was still in effect, although it was not given to us by the hostess. Our server suggested it and he ws right to do so because the prices are much better. My wife and I each ended up doing a three taco/enchilada plate combo for $14.00. Not huge tacos or enchiladas, but good size for the price.
