Do not go to this location. The current staff all needs to be let go. I came twice in one week, once for myself, and the other for Doordash, and walked out both times because it was a 20+ minute wait. The working conditions are completely disgusting, and they were out of most ingredients.

Easily the worst chipotle experience to date. First off, ordered online and it said it was ready so I walked over just to encounter around 20 people waiting for their orders. I saw them slap on a disgusting amount of sour cream onto a bowl. I thought wow, whoever’s bowl that is looks nasty. 10 minutes later I got my food and walked out. I did not stay to inspect my meal but when I got home I realized I got the sour cream bowl! I had ordered a burrito. On top of that there was almost no meat and the rice was crunchy from being undercooked. Apparently I was “not eligible for a refund”. Undercook

Do NOT go here! We ordered food through the app for five people including two kids. When my husband got there, he saw them putting flour tortillas into the two kids meals which was wrong (they need corn tortillas because they are highly gluten-sensitive). The people working were not going to tell us about the substitution. My husband got that corrected by having them substitute chips. When he got the food back home, we discovered that the order was missing SO MUCH! The kids meals ONLY had sour cream in them! Nothing else! A kids meal is supposed to have three items in addition to a taco shell,

UPDATE ADDED BELOW Went here for the first time yesterday and both the greeting Employee and the cashier were super super rude. The greeter never responded to anything other than the first steps of the order, danced around impatiently, and completely ignored anything I tried to say, including "thank you." The cashier was very rude to my girlfriend as well; he jumped the gun and sent the transaction to the card terminal without asking if the order was done, my girlfriend told him she was waiting for me, he rolled his eyes, groaned, and very dramatically leaned over the counter to press cancel
