Union Lodge was a fun after dinner spot for some interesting cocktails. Service at the bar was great but I could tell the tables were slow to get addressed. With that said, we did get a free drink because someone ordered something on accident and it was delicious. The actual option I picked I didn't love, but it was still decent. Energy was upbeat when we visited and pretty inviting - would come back.

If you’re looking for more than just a drink, this is the place. We sat at the bar with Micah, and he was so much more than a bartender—he’s a true mixologist. I told him to surprise me, and after asking me about 10 thoughtful questions to figure out what I liked, he created one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is small, intimate, and perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. The drinks are creative, the service is outstanding, and the entire experience felt personal from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Denver!

Firstly: I rated the food but didn’t have any. You can however “eat” the atmosphere of this place. A Hollywood set style speakeasy is the vibe. It’s rich and tasteful. The bartenders are professionals and shine brightest when offering a hint of what you like and letting their creative juices shine. I asked Michael for an American whiskey forward cocktail that’s not too sweet and he nailed it. Most videos are of Michael but all of the staff were excellent. If you’ve got a flapper dress or a pair of cowboy boots you’ll fit right in.

Incredible experience from start to finish. The bartender clearly knows exactly what they’re doing — not just mixing drinks, but building them with intention. The cocktail was perfectly balanced: smooth, well-structured, and layered without anything overpowering. You can tell there’s real understanding of flavor, not just following a recipe. The texture from the foam was spot on — light, creamy, and added depth instead of just looking pretty. Presentation was clean and elegant.
