This was our first visit to a Cracker Barrel and for the life of me, I cannot understand the hype this chain has or why so many people are fans of it. Our server seemed like a nice person, but she was either a new employee with zero training or just incompetent. I'm not going into the details because there are too many mistakes to list. The food was terrible and the portions were small (like a kids meal) and were at a quality level similar to that of a cafeteria. How do you get off charging those prices for tiny portions of bland, previously frozen or canned industrial mass produced swill.

I had amazing time, they were out of alot things when we went, but I think its because was the time of day an evening, was on may 3rd 2026, evening around 5pm or so, wasn't to busy, but the food, service was suburb, definitely coming back to warm environment, friendly staff, met a excellent wait person, also met with the manager who was kind and friendly, definitely gave a huge tip to this young nice man, I wish I could remember his name but next time when we go hopefully he will be there, kudos to him, hopefully he will succeed in life, im glad we went, thank you for becoming extremely, extr

First time ever going to a Cracker Barrel, and quite frankly..whyyyy did I wait so long. This place is excellent. From the minute you walk through the front door! I won't share many details because I dont wanna ruin the shock and awe of your first visit here. But i do highly recommend it! Also, the portions are huge. These 4 plates were just 2 meals. The price was just over 30 dollars. The food was delicious 😋

This was my first time dining at Cracker Barrel, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. Our server was friendly and bubbly at the beginning, but her demeanor changed noticeably once issues with our food were brought to her attention. When our meals arrived, several items were missing. My son’s meal did not include the hash browns listed on the menu, and we were also missing a side of bacon. When I mentioned this, the server said she would place an order for the missing items. Shortly after, we realized my scrambled eggs were undercooked, with a wet, liquid center, and my son’s sausage wa
