I went for lunch with high expectations because I’ve heard good things about Chicago Sushi. I mainly wanted the jewelry box because that’s mainly what attracted me to this restaurant. Fish tasted fresh, rice was nicely seasoned, but the salmon pieces looked like the shaved, broken end pieces that’s supposed to be chopped up for spicy salmon rolls. On top of that, I found 3 pieces of scale in the salmon bits. The tuna, eel, ikura, uni, and everything else in the box were delicious though. Just really disappointed with the salmon because of the strands of random parts of salmon and scales. I al

I frequent this sushi spot and I absolutely love it. The food is so good that I always just want to go back! The servers and the chef are friendly. It is small so it has a pleasant atmosphere too. My only suggestion is that they add more vegetarian options. I always have to create my own off menu sushi.

Food is horrible. Just they have nice pictures on the website. Most Food bot available. I ordered plate with fish and it was smell like a chlorine , Like colorox we wash our toilet with and taste was the same. I almost throw up. I spent there 10 minutes and my clothes smelled like fried old oil and had too wash it. The server saw i was on the phone and came to ask me how is the food. Don't you see I don't eat it??? I left everything there and paid the bill. Just wanted to warn people that don't waist your time and money

Food is made right in front of you and tastes fresh! They have a variety of drinks as well. Staff is kind and on top of service. The restaurant is tidy and has beautiful bright Asian art work on display. :)
