Chicago’s best char burger place period! This place has the best char burgers I’ve ever had, we live in Tennessee but come to Illinois several times a year and every time we do, we have to eat here at least once. This is my first time leaving a review because I finally got pictures

Absolutely authentic. I cannot explain enough how genuinely amazing the char on the burger was. The hotdog was decorated with all of the right toppings. Side of mushrooms were crunchy and delicious. Banana milkshake was creamy and sweet you can taste the real difference, other places force fake artificial banana flavoring and Paradise truly sticks to a clean pureed banana milkshake. Was more than satisfied with my visit and look forward to more trips as the summer creeps closer. Nothing beats smelling food outside of an establishment with a nice breeze of char smoke. Looking for a quick bite...this is a million miles better than a fast food burger. The burger was not only huge but it was really cooked well and super juicy. There was so much meat that the toppings were hard to taste. Even the cheese got lost until the very end. But to me, what made the burger was the bun. It was chewy, and light. And perfectly complimented each bite.
