Visited recently with a group of three and ordered a gourmet falafel sandwich, three single sides of falafel, tahini sauce, garlic sauce, and a fountain drink. The store wasn’t busy and there was no line behind me, so service should have been smooth. The food itself was excellent, consistent with the good experiences I’ve had here before. It was so solid that I went ahead and placed a takeout order to bring home as well. Unfortunately, the service on the first order fell short. My fountain drink cup wasn’t given to me at checkout. Shout out to Nelson and team. He has the kitchen on lock down, his team shows respect to each other and it's guests. Ordered online during lunchtime. Arrived and it’s chaotic inside without any clear idea where to pick up food. Talked to two people and they had no idea where my order was. Took 30 mins from the time I placed my order to successfully get my order. It’s ok to be busy and overwhelmed during lunch, but it was obvious I was still waiting when the line was gone and nobody reached out to help figure out why I was still waiting. They gave me a free dessert for waiting at least, so that earned one more service star.
