My mom was visiting from out of town and she loves a good breakfast spot, so I decided to bring her to this café. I hadn’t been here in about three years, but I’m happy to say the food is still just as delicious as I remembered. My mom ordered the chilaquiles and really enjoyed them, and I went with the French toast, which was great. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and it made for a really nice breakfast outing. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

The atmosphere was nice, although no booths but a few four tops on the sides, plenty of two tops. Service was good, our waitress was really nice and attentive and coffee refills along with water refills consistent. The food however was very over cooked. Pancakes were pretty burned and biscuits & gravy were also very over cooked and hard. The French toast wasn’t sweet and also very stiff as of it had been sitting out. My food wasn’t warm it was about room temp. Omelette’s were pretty small in portion. Most likely will not be returning.

Love their green sauce chilaquiles! It can get a little crowded in there but it’s only because their food is really good! Customer service is great, they constantly check on you. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots in the AV.

Nice place. Good food. Ordered the Mexican Scramble. Staff was attentive and friendly. Seating can be cramped at times as we had to share a table with another party. But they didn’t mind and neither did we. The hollandaise we also tried was tasty but a bit thick and did have a canned nacho-cheese flavor for some reason.
