Our waitress Sandra is 5 stars. I don't recall the last time I felt this way. It was like she was reading our minds. She knew the menu and all of the pertinent options forward and backwards. She moved at a brisk pace yet never made us feel rushed. The meal was as expected and more. The serving sizes were for a hungry person. I only have two minor negative things to say, the coffee was lukewarm/ hot, and The steak omelet was a little dry, and required some additional sauce. Haven't been to IHOP in years. Was open at 9 pm didn't want fast food and will not go to Denny's anymore. So we tried it. Walked in smelled nice and clean. There was the host and server Kemmoth and what a polite young man. We were both hungry but wanted something light since were seniors we can't eat a lot. He asked what we felt like he patiently went over the menu and decided on breakfast tacos and BLT with hash browns my favorite. It was the perfect selection. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Came here in the morning after the night shift, the coffee has never tasted so dang good, not sure if it was the 12 hour shift but it tasted fresh and robust. Got the biscuits and gravy for breakfast very tasty and not too overapiced, Christmas music was playing, coffee was brewing and I got a small tinge of nostalgia when I was a kid. It reminded me of going to the stores with my parents, anyways great coffee and the gravy was delicious.

The food is always fresh, and every visit feels fun, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, especially when I’m dealing with work matters.
