Usually customer service here is good but today it was not. The girl taking my order at the speaker seemed to have an attitude, she spoke really low and gave an attitude when I corrected her on what size I wanted, I told her my order 3 times, if anything I should be the one with the attitude, it looked like she had orange/ginger hair that was in a high bun with bangs . I sat at the window waiting for someone to take my payment, the lady taking payment was rude as well, she wore a bedazzled Apple Watch and nails that looked freshly done. Dunkin' Donuts on Hampton in desoto is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts to be. I visited this location a couple of weeks ago for the new tote bag release. I arrived around 5:00 a.m., before the store opened. When I asked about the tote bags, an employee told me that they only had the orange one available. While that was fine, it seemed a bit unusual considering the store had just opened and the release had only begun. Today, I returned for the release of the new $10 pineapple cups. It’s more customer service than it is the food/drink quality. The time before this someone at the drive thru attempted to make me feel bad for not tipping. This time I had rude service again. Everything came out in a matter of minutes except the box o Joe which took over 12 minutes? In the past didn’t seem like it took as long for a box. Maybe if I had tipped? This place could be great if the customer service is stepped up a notch. But being corporate I doubt any changes will be made. Oh, this is a pic of my medium coffee. I watched as everyone else left with full cups no matter what size.
